All transcripts from Commonwealth University - Mansfield must be ordered through our online service at Parchment. No other form of request will be accepted. First time users will create a Parchment specific account. Save this user ID and password information for future use.

Types of Transcripts:
Official- Signed by the Registrar and bears the University's seal; sent directly to another education institution, official agency, potential employer or provided to the student in a sealed envelope.
Unofficial- Faxed copy or printed on plain white paper and stamped unofficial.
All holds must be removed from your account before an official transcript will be released.
Transcript delivery options:
The Parchment online ordering service for Commonwealth University - Mansfield students and alumni is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to the convenience of credit/debit card payment, the online service provides e-mail notifications as orders are received and processed by the Registrar's Office.

The two main types of transcripts are:
US postal copy- paper copy
Electronic delivery- a link is emailed and the receiver will "log in" and retrieve the actual transcript. Please note: The document is available to download for 14 days before it expires. Please save as a PDF to avoid having to order another transcript.
Additional options:
Fax- you provide the number and any additional information for the cover sheet and the unofficial transcript will be faxed.
Hold for student pick up- the order will be processed, stamped and sealed. You will receive an email notifying you the order has been completed. Pick up of the transcript is at 224 South Hall (Registrar's Office). You will need to show your ID.
Expedited shipment - domestic address rate is $40 plus the cost of the transcript. For International addresses, the rate is $100 plus the cost of the transcript. All expedited shipment orders that are received before 12 noon will be processed immediately. Any order received after 12 noon will be processed by the following business day.
Hold - does not process until the current semester grades are posted….(will show the end date for the current semester)

Once the future date is reached, your order will automatically be sent to us for processing.

Reason you can put your order on hold:
After current name change Change of Name Form, Hold until degree post (date), Hold until current semester grades are posted (date).
Types of holds that can be put on your account:
Admissions, housing, parking fine, Perkins loan, student accounts holds, etc. If a hold is placed on your account, you will receive an email indicating for which department and the name and contact information of the person you will need to contact to resolve the issue.
Withdrawal from the University
Students looking to withdraw from all of their courses should visit the Office of the Registrar webpage. This webpage provides information on the policy and process for fully withdrawing from Commonwealth University. Student Records
Your historical student information (Admissions, Enrollment, Records, Program, Curriculum, etc.) previously stored in the PeopleSoft, Jenzabar, and/or Colleague Student Information System (SIS) was migrated to the new SIS - Banner. Registration activity in the new Banner SIS began for summer 2023 and fall 2023 sessions.
Records will be retained in accordance with FERPA guidelines (see the FERPA Request Form) and our Record Retention Plan in which the Registrar holds the responsibility to permanently retain registration and academic records. Guidance on requesting transcripts is available on the Registrar’s Office web pages for Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, and Mansfield which provides contact information for the University’s designated agent, Parchment, for processing and sending official transcripts.
