All regularly admitted students to the University are automatically placed into the scholarship review process. There is no need to complete a separate application or obtain letters of recommendation.
A student does not have to request consideration for a specific scholarship. The Scholarship Committee will review each student and if selected, will award the recipient based upon the specifics of the individual award.

The scholarship review is competitive; evaluation includes, but is not limited to, SAT scores, Class Rank and High School Grade Point Average.

It is important to realize that these scholarships can be very competitive and you need to look beyond scholarships where all you have to do is "point and click" for consideration. While it may take longer to apply, look at scholarships that require an essay; you will have a leg up as you will be competing with fewer applicants for those awards.
