1098-T Tax Information:
Tuition Form 1098T 2022 will be mailed to your home address by January 31st. You should not expect the forms prior to this date and they may arrive at different times. Due to our integration with Bloomsburg and Lock Haven Universities as Commonwealth University of PA on July 1, 2022, you may receive two forms. The following information will help you determine how many forms you should expect and where to find the forms online.
Scenario 1: January 1 through June 30, 2022. Mansfield University form. If you attended courses that began between these dates for either Spring 22 and/or First Summer Session, you will receive this form.
Scenario 2: July 1 through December 31, 2022. Commonwealth University of PA form. If you attended courses that began between these dates for either Second Summer Session, Fall 22 and/or Winter 22, you will receive this form.
Scenario 3: If you attended courses in both of these date ranges, you will receive both forms.
Where to find your forms online
Both forms will be mailed in paper form to the home address on file as of January 1, 2023.
Mansfield University form, January through June, can be found by accessing our printer's website, ECSI's link. This form will not be on Self-Service. This is not connected to your Mansfield University login. Instructions on how to retrieve your form from ECSI's portal can be found in this link.
Commonwealth University of PA form, June through December, can be found on Self Service under Tax Information, as well as, ECSI's link for those who do not have access to Self-Service. Instructions on how to retrieve your form from ECSI's portal can be found in this link.
