Refunds
If your financial aid is final and you are eligible for a refund, the spring 2009 refund checks will be mailed beginning February 6, 2009. Your local address needs to be updated by January 28th.
You should be prepared to pay for books and/or any off-campus living expenses you may have at the beginning of the spring semester. You may purchase your books online at http://www.mansfieldbookstore.com/ beginning August 11th.
If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation via your Mansfield University student email account. Your refund check will be mailed to your local address on file with Residence Life. Please verify your local address through the online student directory at http://hr.mansfield.edu/directory/studir.cfm.
If your address is incorrect or if you have elected to exclude your contact information from the directory, please contact the Residence Life Office immediately at 570-662-4934 to verify your local address. Changes to your local address need to be made in the Residence Life Office located in 120 Pinecrest.
Bookstore Credit/Emergency Cash Advance Information
- Requests for bookstore credit slips and cash advances may be made for emergency situations.
- Requests for emergency funds will be considered if your financial aid is final and greater than your charges.
- If you feel you have a financial emergency, please fill out the request form prior to the start of the semester.
- Every effort will be made to have your emergency cash advance or bookstore credit available on the first day of classes if you have your request submitted by Wednesday, January 8th.
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR A BOOKSTORE CREDIT UNTIL YOU HAVE PRICED YOUR BOOKS
