If your financial aid is finalized and the disbursement of your financial aid and/or loans exceeds your charges, you will be eligible for a refund. The fall 2009 refund checks will be mailed beginning September 25, 2009. Your current off-campus address needs to be updated by September 14th to ensure proper mailing of refund checks.
You should be prepared to pay for books and/or any off-campus living expenses you may have at the beginning of the fall semester. You may purchase your books online at http://www.mansfieldbookstore.com/ beginning August 10th.
If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation via your Mansfield University student email account. Your refund check will be mailed to your residence hall or current off-campus address on file with Residence Life. To ensure proper mail delivery of refunds, students must have all changes to their current off-campus address submitted to Residence Life by Monday, September 14, 2009. You may view the residence hall or current off-campus address of record online at http://my.mansfield.edu after August 31, 2009. Instructions on how to change your address will be available at that location.
- Requests for bookstore credit slips and cash advances may be made for emergency situations.
- Requests for emergency funds will be considered if your financial aid is final and greater than your charges.
- If you feel you have a financial emergency, please fill out the request form prior to the start of the semester.
- If you are eligible for a bookstore credit or cash advance you will receive an email via your MU student email account by August 24th.
- Every effort will be made to have your emergency cash advance or bookstore credit available on the first day of classes if you have your request submitted by Monday, August 24th.
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR A BOOKSTORE CREDIT UNTIL YOU HAVE PRICED YOUR BOOKS
