Note - If you make changes to your registration, housing and/or dining after invoice processing the changes may, and most likely will, impact your current charges. To view most recent charges, students should view WebAdvisor "Account Summary by Term". If you are anticipating assistance from your family to cover your charges, you will be responsible for notifying them of any changes. Please refer to the Student Accounts website for tips on how to understand your WebAdvisor financial information.
Important - Please review your invoice/statement carefully. Verify your full-time or part-time status and housing/meal plan information which is located in the upper left section of your invoice. Please contact the Residence Life Office at 570-662-4934 with any questions pertaining to your meal plan or housing charges.
Fee and Payment Instructionsinclude important tuition, fee structures, financial aid, bank loan, withdrawal, financial obligation and important return of Title IV Federal Aid Policy. Students are responsible for reading all information included in the Fee and Payment Instructions.
Tuition Management Services (TMS) partners with Mansfield University to assist families with payment options. If you would like to pay your education expenses monthly, use the Interest-Free Monthly Payment Option offered by our partner, TMS. The payment option is available for a small enrollment fee and includes personal account service and counseling, automated account information 24 hours a day and access to your account through their web www.afford.com/mansfield.
***Note - TMS payment plans are not available for the summer sessions.
Financial Confirmation - Your course schedule may be cancelled if your prior balance plus 50% of current semester charges are not paid or covered by financial aid. The payment due date is August 12, 2009. Payment of the minimum amount due, as indicated on your invoice, will allow you to defer the remaining balance due for six weeks. A $50.00 deferred fee will be assessed for the deferred payment plan option. The Financial Aid Office is available to help you with your financial aid questions at 570-662-4129. A late payment charge will be assessed on unpaid student account balances greater than $100.00 remaining after October 7, 2009.
Students may view their current Financial Aid awards via WebAdvisor.
If a third party or employer is paying your bill or if you are receiving a scholarship that is not reflected, please attach a copy of the authorization to your payment stub. Please be reminded payments from third parties, employers, or scholarships must be received by the payment due date to avoid the $50.00 deferred fee and late charges.
