Official transcripts of courses taken at Mansfield University are prepared by the Registrar's Office.
If you need a copy of your transcripts, send your written request to the Registrar's Office and include the following:
- Your signature
- Your social security number
- Your current address and phone number
- All names under which your coursework may appear (i.e maiden name)
- Copy of marriage license/court document required for name changes
- Approximate dates of attendance
- The mailing address for the transcript
- Indicate if you need an official or unofficial transcript. An official transcript bears the University seal and official signatures. An official transcript mailed to your address will arrive in a sealed envelope that, in order to remain official, can only be opened by the official who is to make use of it.
- There is a $5.00 per transcript fee
- The normal turn-around time is 4-5 days. It is not normal procedure to receive transcripts immediately.
- Express mailing - FedEx, $40 flat fee for domestic shipment. The fee must be paid by guaranteed funds prior to shipment. Guaranteed funds are defined as a processed credit card transaction, cash, money order or certified check. Personal checks will hold the shipment for 10 days while the bank is processing the check.

We accept cash, personal checks/money orders (made payable to Mansfield University) or credit cards. Any overpayment is forfeiture of sent funds.
